Tuition and Fees

The monthly tuition and fees for the 2012 – 2013 school year are as follows:

Program Tuitions:

Pre-School Class (3 year olds):

Full-day (9:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.) for 5 days: $1,495

Half-day (9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.) for 5 days: $ 875

Half-day (9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.) for 4 days: $ 795

Half-day (9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.) for 3 days: $ 675

Kindergarten I Class (4 year olds):

Full-day (8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.) for 5 days: $1,495

Half-day (8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.) for 5 days: $ 875

Kindergarten II Class (5 year olds):

Full-day (8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.) for 5 days: $1,595

Kinder*Connect (11:15 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.) for 5 days: $ 975

Discounts are offered to families that elect to pay the tuition quarterly, semiannually or annually. The School also offers a 10% sibling discount for the second child enrolled in the School.

Tuition covers many projects, books and supplies as well as nutritious morning and afternoon snacks consisting of fresh fruit and a variety of pure juices. Various fundraisers are held throughout the year to cover the expenses of most field trips, though for some trips parents may be asked to supplement the cost. The School offers a high quality and balanced lunch program provided by a local outside vendor, the cost of which is not included in the tuition. Children may bring their own lunch from home. There is a $75 non-refundable fee due at the time of the application.

Before and After Care:

Whitehouse Prep offers a high quality and structured before and after school program called After the School Bell™ that runs from 7:30 a.m. (until the start of classes) and from the end of classes until 6 p.m. The After School program is also open to students who attend the public school during the day. For those children that attend Whitehouse Public School there is free transportation to Whitehouse Prep in the afternoon. Please contact the School for program costs and options.

Smart Tuition:

Whitehouse Prep contracts with a tuition management company called SMART Tuition. SMART Tuition invoices, collects and manages all tuition payments and offers a variety of convenient payment options, including an automatic debit from your checking or savings account. Payments can also be made on-line, via phone, by mail and via credit card. Credit card payments are subject to a processing fee. An additional benefit to our parents is the fact that your tuition account is accessible on-line 24/7 throughout the year. Required documentation for tax purposes may also be accessed through the SMART Tuition website. This service is provided at no additional cost to our families.

Financial Scholarships and Aide:

Whitehouse Prep offers limited need based and merit scholarships in varying amounts to families enrolled in our full-day programs. Since we admit students based on a rolling admissions process, scholarships are offered on a first come first serve basis. Accordingly, families who are interested in applying for scholarships are encouraged to apply as early as possible in the admissions process.
