Jr. Kindergarten is a program designed especially for 4 to 5 year olds.
Our Junior Kindergarten is offered on a full day basis. The full-day runs from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
We also offer affordable before and aftercare.
About the Program
Our unique program challenges and inspires our 4 to 5
year olds, combining learning with fun in every way
possible. Their busy day goes beyond the classroom with
lots of music, movement and dramatic playtime as well as
art, Chinese and physical education. Friendships are built
as children learn to work together and play together. In
addition, the children in our Jr. Kindergarten have
instrumental music instruction and a unique program
with the Arts infused into their learning. They will
enhance their multiple intelligences and develop the skills
necessary to perform with confidence in Kindergarten the
next year..
Our Junior Kindergarten Class uses Tools of the Mind
curriculum along with supplementary.
The curriculum builds a solid foundation of skill
development in social emotional, fine motor, gross motor,
language, science and basic math skills.
Our Junior Kindergarten Class-This is a warm and loving
classroom, creating a very bright start in early education for 4
to 5 year olds. The children learn through thematic units that
turn their classroom special places, where they build a deeper
understanding of the skills that they are working on in a fun
and exciting way. A foundation of early literacy skills is
enhanced with the curriculum of Tools of the Mind with
activities like graphics practice, play planning and buddy
reading. Early literacy skills are developed in a sequential
manner ensuring sucess in skill development.
