Whitehouse Prep is proud to have an involved parent-teacher organization such as ARCHS.

The Association Reconnecting Community with Home and School (ARCHS) is a volunteer, parent-based organization created to foster communication and develop the relationship among Whitehouse Preparatory School, parents and the local community in order to enrich the lives of our children and families through programs and events promoting cultural diversity, physical well-being and a life long love of learning in all forms.

Our Goals

  • Create, advocate and promote fundraising activities for the benefit of students at Whitehouse Preparatory School
  • Mold a healthier school lunch and snack program, using organic and/or locally-grown and farmed foods whenever possible, with a low carbon footprint
  • Develop bi-monthly cultural events celebrating different ethnic groups, nations, open to children parents and community
  • Cultivate community relationships to enhance the connection between school and home, and foster continuing education for families and community members; participate in local recycling and donating efforts, whenever the need arises
