We have a salary guide for both teachers and staff where they can reach enhancement levels based on the number of years they have been working at our school. Professional development is paid for. Whitehouse Prep has an annual written Agency Improvement Plan where information is solicited from staff and families to evaluate the program. Professional Learning Communities are set up yearly where the staff works together to support each other in their professional growth. The teachers at WPS have been here for 3 to 6 years.
